Saturday, November 21: LAUNCH PARTY
What a great gathering we had today! Introducing Beyond the Bum to a delightfully receptive group of new moms, moms-to-be and some very doting grandmas was both exciting and rewarding. A good time was had by all. Not only did our guests love (and sweep up) our baby products, a number of items found non-baby uses. Guests swooned over the "Rockin' Green" laundry soap, (all the fresh fragrances are heavenly), and planned to use it for the entire families' wash day loads. Our colorful, waterproof Wet Bags were a hit with the traveling crowd who planned to pack them for a great way to house dirty clothes in their luggage.
Our moms enthusiastically embraced the benefits of cloth diapering, both giving the gift of soft clean cloth against baby's delicate skin, and helping to keep our landfills clear of the devastating effects of disposable diapers. Savings thousands of dollars was quite enticing also!
